We are both so in awe of the photos that Christina took for both our engagement and wedding!! My wife and I just received our gallery and have showed most of family and friends over the holidays…. All of the responses were absolute amazement and people even said the photos look just like a magazine. For some background, we are a same sex couple and I chose Christina to do our photography because she has a natural eye for lighting that I had trouble finding anywhere else (I do lighting for film and television as a career so that was big for me). She did not disappoint in the slightest, and I am in awe of her timeless, perfectly lit photos.

Christina was our Photographer for our (same gender) Summer Wedding in June of 2022, and we cannot overstate how beautiful her work is. The way in which Christina captured our day in her photos is -- to put it into a word -- "magical". It is clearly visible how much thought she puts into each and every photo -- from capture, all the way to post processing. Even more remarkable is how Christina achieves the photos she takes. She is a swift butterfly on her feet, all while being an almost undetectable shadow. Above all, what we appreciated most about Christina, was her huge heart, big smile, and her candour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was looking for some headshots, and I chose Christina De Melo because I liked what I saw on her webpage. Great choice! Christina is an absolute artist and professional. She put me at ease, chatting about the equipment and some ideas she had in mind. Judging by her passion and enthusiasm for her craft, I knew I had made the right choice. We worked on a few different shots and poses, and Christina did not seem at all rushed - she seemed that she wanted to get it right. As we worked we chatted, and Christina got me to laugh a few times, which she used as some fun, candid shots. The whole experience was an education, and quite frankly plain old fun! Christina showed me some of the shots she had taken, and I was absolutely amazed and quite pleased by the results!
