There's a reason why I don't live here anymore and this gym was a bitter sweet reminder of it. Weight rack completely disorganized, "spa" room, if that's what you wanna call it, smells like something dead, mismatched equipment, everything dirty and absolutely NO ONE wiped anything down. El paso sucks and this him is an accurate representation.
While I have been going on and off for the past year I’ve never regretted my choice switching to this gym. The variety of machines and equipment at hand has always been convenient even during busier hours. The staff has always been super friendly and has always answered my questions efficiently and with care. One time while talking with Adrian, I was asking about the different memberships and amenities. He was well knowledgeable on the matter and also helped me figure which one would fit my goals better without pushing anything on me. Great worker!!!
I had a great experience with Edward at Chuze Fitness. He helped me with my membership cancellation and handled everything with professionalism and respect. He was honest, clear, and sharp in explaining the process and highlighting the company’s values. It’s rare to meet someone who balances honesty with genuine customer care Edward did exactly that. Excellent service and representation of Chuze Fitness.
Gym starts off bad in the front. People at the front desk don’t look like they want to work or be bothered always seem to have a bad attitude. The men’s restroom is constantly dirty the floors are always wet with water from toilets the toilet seats are dirty. Clips are missing from the machines constantly. Saunas are not being taken care of. Some days it’s hot how it’s supposed to be and some days it’s not it’s honestly a hit or miss. Doors are left cracked open allowing sauna to not be hot when going into. Bathrooms sometimes go 2-3 days before being swept and mopped. Chuze is overall just a mid gym the same music is played everyday. Planet fitness is low key better. Even for the price. Chuze is upping their costs to different things in the gym and the service is just not good. Very disappointed whoever is in charge of this location. It starts with the staff. And it’s the same rude females to be specific.
Love this gym except it doesn’t open when they say. It’s 7am and it’s posted that it opens at 6am on Sunday. At least 20 customers are waiting outside and that’s not including the customers that already left.
