Very pleasant staff, merchandise is very good quality! So much to choose from. Ana was our sales representative and she was very detailed and personable to only be a member of City Furniture for 3 months. The manager Matt was also very attentive to our needs and concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. 20K later, I furnished my new home with all City Furniture. I recommend anyone to go and shop there.
I was at city furniture today and had a great experience. I looked around the store for a new dining set with Fernanda She was awesome! I also went the the KC Cafe & Wine Bar where Ashley help me with a great selection of coffee, wine, and beer. She was so cheerful and has great customer service skills. I enjoyed my time shopping.
Linda is amazing and has helped me pick the perfect pieces for my new home! She’s so talented, accommodating and follows through on everything I’ve asked of her!! I am so excited to get my new furniture! It’s absolutely stunning!

They didn't try to oversell, they just were excellent consultants and helped us pick all the furniture for a 3/2.
