Never been here before. This place is huge. It's amazing with all the stuff they have. I was able to purchase a bunch of bottles for holiday. Good experience, good prices. Thank
Great experience. Jacob was fantastic. Took time to help is without us asking. Went in depth with descriptions and offered tasting based off of our preferences. Ended up leaving with 3 new bottles of whiskey we had never tried before and could not be more happy. That is customer service. If I wqs local I would come back to this location just to get more recommendations from him
This was my first time going into total wine, Heading towards the whiskeys we were greeted by an employee that asked if we were looking for something in particular, i showed him a picture of the specific whiskey that we wanted and he walked us over to the japanese section and stated “this is all we have for flavored japanese’s whiskeys” we were a little bummed due to them having the brand but not the specific flavored whiskey we were looking for. we appreciated his help but did not stop looking as the total wine website stated they have the specific one we wanted in stock. i walked around the store to look for a different employee but was greeted again by the same gentleman. he again stated “yea what we have there is what we have.” my spouse went on and found a gentleman named JAMES and showed him that on the website it shows they have it in stock at the store. james was AMAZING and took the time to ACTUALLY LOOK for what we wanted. while it did take a little while he was able to find exactly what we wanted. walking to the front to check out they asked for both of our ID’s and i unfortunately did not have my ID on me (my fault) i told them we drove 45 minutes away and if they could PLEASE hold on to the bottle as it was a mission to look for, i explained that we will be coming back to pick it up. i return 30 minutes later to get the bottle and what do you know they “put the bottle back.” now im not sure if they heard me or they just didn’t believe when i said i was coming back. i was a little annoyed and the cashier tells me “yea sorry i left it here but i guess they put it back” honestly if it wasn’t for james taking the time and actually help satisfy a customer, the rating would’ve been lower.
I like this total wine because the staff is great and they support local brands. Thank you to James for all of your help. This is my go to store near Int. Drive for Islandjon Vodka!
These stores are always overwhelming 😱 There's just entirely too much to choose from. 🫣 You always end up with something else you didn't go there for.🥴 At this location I noticed that the prices were higher than the grocery store and my local liquor store.🫢 Perhaps it has something to do with the location by Maseratti and Lotus? I thought it was a discount store. 🫢 Several items were missing even though they still have price cards in place. 🤦🏻♂️Other items didn't have the price card or it was in the wrong location. 🫣 Quite frankly I thought the store was a mess. 🫨And there didn't seem to be any help there, other than the manager. 🤷🏻♂️ Other customers besides myself were asking the vendors for help. You definitely need help to find something here 👀
