Claire is such a supportive individual, she takes real interest in you and tailors all her advice to meet your goals. Her one to one coaching is the best I have ever had and her app is so simple to use with great content meaning you want to use it. I have never had better results. Invest in yourself through Claire.
Claire is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been working with Claire for a few weeks now through hybrid PT and I’m loving it. The workouts are challenging and enjoyable, the app is brilliant and Claire is so supportive and extremely knowledgable. She is cheering you on every step of the way. I cannot recommend her enough.
Training with Claire got me in the best shape I've even been in. However life commitments became an issue with getting time to train in person. Having access to Claire’s app is a game changer, I’m now able to stay consistent and be flexible within my busy schedule.
