It was 4:30 PM (they close at 7!)… I am from NC and had a tire emergency and had to have my kid back on the wrestling mat at 7:30 AM the next morning. This business could not get my suburban in the shop to change a tire in the 2.5 hours they had left in the day. No worries! I went across the street to NTB (who closes at 6… an hour earlier) and they not only helped me… but didn’t with a smile!
Tire Choice on Laskin is always good to me and my family. I trust them to give me the best prices they can on tires, and they’ve also replaced sensors for me. Twice I’ve come in with tire concerns because of a nail or suspected leak, and they’ve thoroughly checked my tires, found no issue, and didn’t charge me a cent, but told me to come back for sure if I was worried again; they were right, and all was well. I trust the kind and hardworking folks there, for sure.
I always love coming here! They have AMAZING customer service and go above and beyond for their customers. Mel is great at maintaining the storefront and keeping customers in the loop on what’s going on with their car. Very kind and personable. The mechanics are great as well!
We were very very pleased with the quick professional service from Tire Choice (TreadQuarters?) on Laskin Rd in Virginia Beach. Stephen deserves individual recognition. We had an unrepairable flat while traveling through the area. Tire Choice got an exact replacement tire so we could get back on the road
