Walked in for removal of build up gel / poly gel before my nursing school classes started. An older gentleman attended me immediately and did a great job removing the gel and was very efficient. He also managed to keep the length too, I’m very satisfied with the service
I have been going to this place for years- AWESOME! Until today- new owners and entire staff gone. Booked an appointment thinking that Viet would be there told me he was on two month vacation- start to notice all the usual staff gone- a sign. Then the service- pass awful Wish there was a zero rating - I went back different guy- see picture- one hour old
I just got the best set of nails I have ever received! Lucy went above and beyond understanding my poor description of what I wanted and my nails are perfect!!!!!! I am absolutely obsessed. I have been wanting to come in here for a long time and I am so glad I finally did. Update: the nails survived four weeks!
I love Classy Nails By Le!! Everyone there is so friendly and very accommodating with appointments for the acrylic nails that I like to have done!! Lucy and Viet are both amazing and super nice! They both do great job of making you feel comfortable and at ease!! I really appreciate the attention to detail and time both Lucy and Viet put into their nail designs! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I got my nails done for a friend’s wedding and was assigned a new tech who wasn’t ready for clients. She used the drill too harshly—I had to stop her due to pain. The polish was uneven, chipped, and on my skin. Another tech had to redo parts, and one finger was sore with a scab the next day. That said, the front desk was helpful, and the second tech did her best to fix it. Still, more training is clearly needed before working on customers.
