This nail salon values their clientele. I was unfortunately unhappy with my acrylics due to a miscommunication and I decided to go back and see if they could fix them for me. The owner not only fixed them but also was super kind and accommodating. I left the nail salon happy and with extra designs I had not originally had. Will def be coming back :)
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their nail artists are amazing. Jay is Tucson’s Nail Professor! He always makes my visions into a reality. I travel almost two hours to get to my appointment and it’s always worth the drive. Won’t go to any other salon. Highly recommend!
Love my girl Kocoa!! She eats every time!!! I went to a different nail shop and they messed me up bad went to kocoa she did her big one and made them look like a whole new set both times! (Don’t mind I need a fill) but love her will always have her do my nails!🩷
My girl Kocoa never does me wrong! Shes amazing and I leave there happy every time. I get full sets and acrylic on my toes. She SLAYS!! She also very sweet and we hold good conversations every time which makes it even more enjoyable!
I got my nails done here twice first time I had a okay experience. It wasn’t very pleasant because the nail tech was a bit rude. As she was doing my nails a piece of my hair came to my face and I moved it away from my face with my finger (the opposite hand she was working on) and she got mad and made a comment saying not to touch my hair. It bothered me because I wasn’t playing with my hair just moved it away from my face. Second time I came here. I came with my sister. I asked for the cat eye nails on hands and feet and before I went forward I made sure to ask if the cat eye would look the same as in my hands as my feet. The lady assured me it would well as she’s doing my toes I notice she’s going in with different magnets and it wasn’t working. She had another lady come try and nothing she then tells me it’s not going to work on my toes. I asked her to remove the color all together and I would choose another color that wasn’t cat eye. She tells me no to keep the color and she would do the tip color I wanted on top of it. I said “no let’s remove it please I don’t want it” well I had to tell her to remove it like 3 times before she did. That was frustrating and she also cut me a few times while cutting my cuticles on my toes. Then I got up when she finished and they had me sit with another lady to do my hand nails and my nails also came out bad. I always do hard gel and they came out looking warped. Unfortunately I won’t be going again. It’s frustrating that they do a poor job and still expect tips. I should mention my total was $127. (When I finished and was paying the lady helping me pay (which was also the lady who did my toes) made sure she asked how much I was leaving for tips for her and the other lady.)
