Annette, Denhi and the doctor on staff gave amazing service. No one wants to go to the ER but it was a great experience for my daughter. She walked out feeling better and the waiting experience was very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Clear Choice!
Clear Choice Emergency Room I want to sincerely thank the amazing team at Clear Choice Emergency Room for their outstanding service during our recent visit. Steph, Denhi, Jessica, and Leslie were absolutely incredible — they attended to my daughter with such friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care that it immediately brought us comfort during a stressful moment. We originally thought the situation was something serious, but thanks to their calm and positive energy, everything turned out to be something simple — and actually pretty funny in the end. Their patience, warm personalities, and reassuring approach made a huge difference for our family. Thank you again to the entire team for turning a worrying moment into a positive experience. Came in with a cut required 2 stitches, I’m not a huge fan of needles but they were able to calm me down and they were super nice! beyond excellent hospitality!
Took my brother in for stomach chest pains last night. We were greeted by outstanding courteous personnel and they attended to him right away. All the doctors nurses and personnel were very professional courteous and gave us great customer service. They took bloodwork xrays etc. Everything turned out OK and saw nothing serious. Prescribed meds and told him to follow up with his doctor. Great experience.
I had a knife accident and within 15 minutes of arriving I was admitted and had stitches!! Staff came out with a wheel chair and took me in ASAP. Front desk was amazing!! My nurse max was great as well!! The Dr who attended me was quick and did good work on my stitches! This was my first time at an ER and I was amazed not only by the staff but how clean the place was! I would definitely come back (for an emergency or late night sick visit) like what happened to me tonight. Thank you clear choice for having such an amazing staff and making what was crazy night for me a calm one.
