My experience was totally wonderful and exactly what I was expecting. Paloma ciggaroa was one of the most professional people I've ever met in my life. My visit was incredibly nice. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m., and they called me in a few minutes before my scheduled time. Nurse was extremely professional. Doctor was very informative by explaining in detail my skin condition. I’m very impressed with everything about this doctor’s visit.
The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Swigost took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, he is very knowledgeable and nurse Hector is so caring and helpful. I was very impressed with the waiting time, although I was a new patient I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Great visit.
Great dermatology clinic. I've gone to their San Antonio location and loved it. Their location here in Laredo has just as exceptional service. Staff was very friendly and professional. PA Paloma Cigarroa was amazing with my toddler. Highly reccommend.
I was referred to Sonterra by my PCP and am so grateful he did. I’ve had an ongoing issue for the past three years that Ms. Cigarroa took care of immediately. Her bedside manner, along with her MA, are amazing! I’m grateful to having this appointment with same day treatment done! One thing that stood out as well was the fact that the front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a rare find in Laredo!
