We’ve been coming here for many years and always have a great experience. The staff is very kind, accommodating, and patient, especially since my dog is scared of the vet. They’ve allowed us to use a separate “cozy” room to wait and be isolated from other pets. I find that they’re also well priced for the area.

The staff at this clinic are absolutely wonderful. I drive all the way from the east end just to go here. The medical staff are understanding, empathetic and great listeners. I’ve been going here for years and I’ll continue going here for more to come.

I’m honestly grateful to have found this veterinary clinic. Even though there’s a vet just two minutes from our place, my partner and I are more than happy to drive the 15 minutes it takes to get here because the service is absolutely impeccable. I can call or text anytime if there’s ever a question or concern about our dog, Winston, and the team is always quick to respond with care and compassion. They are always professional and caring and clearly very dedicated. The staff here are not only incredibly competent, but also so genuinely kind that Winny absolutely loves visiting. He’s never nervous or scared—he knows he’ll be greeted with treats, affection, and a warm welcome every time. I cannot recommend them enough!

No surprises. They really go above and beyond and build a trust and relationship with their clients. Unlike many other vets, they also know exactly how to run a company and keep a high and professional reputation. I probably won't go anywhere else again. Big thanks to the whole team! 🙌
