Took my first Pilates class and I loved it. The instructor Jessica was very helpful and insightful. Made sure I was comfortable with the exercises and that meant a lot to me. Definitely recommend coming to this studio for Pilates class. I’m gonna sign up for more classes
They only greet members they like( instructors) Very very sales-y. The only good thing coming out of them is the water station they have. Shana, Deborah, Amber, Livy were pretty good instructors tho….
Ashley, our Pilates club manager, truly enhances our experience every time we walk through the door. Her warm smile and welcoming greetings set a positive tone, making us feel instantly at home. She goes above and beyond by acknowledging member class milestones by celebrating our achievements, which creates a friendly atmosphere. Ashley consistently introduces themes that inspire and motivate us, helping everyone look forward to each workout. I absolutely LOVE Lisa A’s and Amber’s classes!! They bring the BEST energy and always keep us challenged in fun ways. After almost a year of Pilates, I’m stronger, my endurance is up, my form has improved, and I’m doing moves I never thought I could!! 🙌 Gabriella, Livie, and Lisa B are amazing too because of all these ladies, I feel more confident, stronger, and overall so much better!
I’m so happy to have found this amazing place! All of the instructors here are truly professional, and each of them has their own unique strengths and style. (Just my personal opinion!) If you’re looking to strengthen your core and lose weight, I highly recommend Lisa A, Robin, and Gabi. (Be ready for a spicy workout!) If you want to correct your posture and work on body alignment, I suggest Jessica, Chris, Lisa A, and Lisa B. (Perfect for balanced training.) If you want to build beautiful, feminine lines, I recommend Livie and Amber. Honestly, every class and every instructor here is excellent. Plus, everyone is so kind and welcoming. Thank you so much!
