Super cute place! I did the free trial with a friend and we were both extremely sore afterward—in the best way. The sauna was great despite being a little small, and we really enjoyed the red light room. The only constructive criticism I have is regarding the mats—they’re quite thin and uncomfortable on the knees. My knees hurt so bad! (My friend had the same experience) Also, I agree with another comment regarding the place needing tinted windows because you can literally see everything inside and there’s always gonna be a creep who will want to take a peak at the girlies!
I originally heard about SPYC Pilates from one of their instructors (shoutout to Alex De Leon!), so I had to try it out—and I’m so glad I did! I took a reformer class with the beautiful Vanessa Martinez and absolutely adored it. Mid-class, someone slipped a bit on the reformer, causing a loud noise when the machine sprung back mid-slip. Without hesitation, both Vanessa and the owner rushed over to check on her and make sure she felt safe and supported before continuing. That moment alone showed me just how positive, attentive, and truly caring this studio is. I left feeling energized, safe, and ready to come back. I’ll definitely be making this my new go-to studio! 🌶️🩷✨
From the moment I walked in I knew this was where I want to do Pilates! Welcoming staff and such a beautiful place with sauna and red light room. The instructors and owner are very kind and classes are amazing! This place is 10/10 for me I really enjoy coming here. You should all give it a try!
Pros: This fitness studio is perfection! First off, everything is pink, and the studio is so aesthetically pleasing. They have reformer pilates, an open floor room for mat pilates and yoga, and also a bike room for cycling. I’m familiar with mat pilates, but new to reformer pilates, and the staff/instructors were all very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. On top of that, there’s a red light therapy room and sauna that you’re able to use whenever and is included in whatever class(es) you pay for. There’s also plenty of parking. Overall, it’s a great studio and I look forward to going to class, highly recommend!! Cons: I wish this place had 1.) some kind of water fountain and 2.) I really wish all the windows were tinted because so many men will slowly walk by or drive by in their car extremely slow to watch the workouts 😬
SPYC Pilates is such a welcoming and fun environment for all levels!! They have so many fun class options like reformer, mat Pilates, cycle, and more! The owner Andrea is literally the SWEETEST person ever and don’t forget to grab some of their cute merch when you go!!!!
