I am a working professional and pushed back a meeting to participate in Patrick's Zoom call. He did not show up. Even more frustrating, is that there was no follow up to apologize for the inconvenience or schedule a different time.
I was very impressed with the program and support Patrick and partner has developed for people that are seeking help with weight loss. I have referred some of my patients to him and received a very good feedback. I believe Patrick is knowledgeable, kind and also very goal oriented couch and can be amazing asset to have on your side in your journey of health.
I needed something to kick start my motivation again to workout as the city started re-opening and found Perform and Transform. They appeared the most professional, fairly priced, and were quick to respond! Coach Patrick set me up with their Transformation program which includes daily workouts, meal plans and daily check-ins. At first I didn’t think I would be able to keep up but its very easy to follow and to stay consistent when you have a coach checking in on you daily. I love 10lbs my first month and i’m excited to get all the way to my fitness goals. Highly highly recommend this company, knowledgeable trainers, friendly, and professional.
Highly recommend this program! The community is great and coach Patrick definitely helped and kept me accountable to achieve my fitness and weight goals! It’s very sustainable as well to help keep the weight off for good. Lost at least 10 lbs in less than 1.5 months! 👌
Great program and guidance from Patrick and Aki! Having the accountability has helped tremendously. Also overall great meal plan and workout programs, plus some motivational coaching. I was able to lose 10lbs in 4 weeks on their program, the most I’ve ever lost in this amount of time! They were able to guarantee results but I was not expecting this quick! Highly recommended!
