So, I will start by saying that this is my preferred car wash due to its location. I have never had an issue with an insufficient wash necessarily, but the last few times I've come, the wait was absurd. Today, I waited twenty minutes for someone to even come ask me what service I wanted, and he informed me that the wait time was going to be TWO HOURS on a Thursday at noon for a basic, bare-bones wash. There were only maybe three cars in the post-wash area getting dried/detailed, and the bottleneck of cars trying to enter the wash consisted of probably fifteen cars or so. Not sure what the issue was (was the wash temporarily inoperable, or...?), but there was no explanation offered, and just a lack of overall communication. Seems to have gotten worse lately, so might try looking for another spot.
I have brought my car in the past over the years. By far this was the worst job for almost $300 and waited for over 2 hours. So much was missed. There is debris still all in my car the worst vacuuming ever. So much dirt all around. They need to stop calling themselves detailing Car Wash they're not very detailed and it's obvious they don't have an eye for detail. I am wiping dirt that comes easily off on the outside and inside of my car..They are well overpriced. I asked for a simple wash and wiping down panels and extra vacuuming since I have dogs in the car. I understand there's going to be some hair stuck but this is by far the worst job ever. Whatever oily treatment they use on the panels they didn't wipe thoroughly in so everything was very greasy. I've been wiping down my car ever since I brought it back. And my seats that I did not request to be washed are wet and did not need treatment as I use car seat covers. I am beyond disappointed.
Sad to say we have been here over 15+ times and most of the time very disappointed. Today was the worse, and won’t be back. Got a mid tier detail, once I was called that the car was done, the front of the car looked like it wasn’t even washed, still covered in bugs from a road trip. I had to ask to please get that cleaned again and I got a smirk of a response. They didn’t wipe down my seats at all, and I found my black rims were totally scratched from what looks like the rail from the washer, I just got my rims fixed the week before so I know it wasn’t there prior to the service … very upset!! Once I got home and inspected the car the “detail service” looked even worse with the whole left side of the car still had dirt streaks. The guy was clearly trying to rush me to go because they finished the car behind me faster and the gentleman was waiting to go… while I understand, they did a terrible job on the car and just wanted me out so he can go. Also note, while waiting for the car watched the boys whipping peoples car around and “playing chicken” with each other in back where they vacuum with a customers Honda Accord. Completely unexceptionable!!!
We received a poor job washing our vehicle; there are dirt spots all over my wife’s Jeep, and like they didn’t even look at the top.
I was excited about trying this place out, unfortunately my experience wasn't as expected. I paid for "presidential" service but it wasn't quite that. The out side was decent minus the rims, they still had dirt that could've been easily wiped off, they could've have vacuumed more efficiently, and interior could have used a better wipe down. My bad for not checking before leaving and they had closed by the time I realized it needed a bit more attention...
