If you’re looking for an agent that goes above and beyond, call Sarah. She recently helped me sell my house, and was on top of it the entire time. She kept me informed throughout the process, and offered to help with anything that needed to be done. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend her enough.
Where to even begin! Sara is just phenomenal at what she does. She is truly an expert. As first time home buyers, we naturally had ALL of the questions. Sara not only answered them all in detail, but she helped to explain the process. She made sure that we fully understood what the next steps were, every step of the way. What makes Sara stand out , is her attention to detail and attention to what our likes and dislikes are. Prior to working with Sara, we were with a different agent. We never felt that agent fully understood what we were looking for. With that said, from the very first meeting, Sara listened to us. We will admit, we had some pretty big asks , we have had to piot on several fronts and there were many non-negotiables. We originally started with Sara when we were heavily considering purchasing land to build on. Sara helped walk us through what that process would look like. After taking several months of going over all of the information, we eventually decided it would be better to find an existing home for our first time. Even after changing plans, Sara remained incredibly patient, showing us dozens of homes. Taking note of what aspects we liked or would want to change. Sara was always happy to provide any and all relevant information in a timely manner so that we could make a fully informed decision. She truly listened to our needs, wants, and desires and helped us find the perfect home for our family. Sarah is the term "Go Getter" as she is always reliable for your home finding journey.Very upfront and knowledgeable about homes. She'll give honesty even when it's not beneficial to her while always working on the best deal possible for you.
