Great experience selling my home with Judy Boone Realty, Inc! My real estate agent, Lisa Martin, sold my house quickly and made the process very easy. I sold my house from across the country and it was a very smooth process. Couldn't recommend the real estate team here enough!
This lady is a joke! We cleaned our apt top to bottom and were charged $400 for DRIP PANS they refused to show a receipt or photos and took over 3months for deposit back what was left atleast Apt was roach infested due to other tenants and they did nothing about it but one “bomb” they didn’t care about the upkeep of apts nor tenants residing in apt so beware of ur neighbors be mindful of her apt locations and the type of ppl residing there. Also to comment t dose review yes they don’t care for maintenance requests nor fix them properly we had our ceiling collapse and someone came months later n put up vent n left mess for us to clean and you could see straight thru vent so everything in attic could just come in our apt and air would be terrible to regulate as it was an open vent to attic space. we also had a leak and the apt below us had ceiling collapse bc they wait until last minute or something major to happen. The owner was on top property bc Judy Boone office was useless UPDATE To REPLY: My apologies it was $140 for drip pans NO RECEIPT PROVIDED when we requested multiple times The address was updated and a copy of the UPDATED address was even highlighted. We had legal involved when we FINALLY got a reply. No need to worry about the apt it’s in the past just WARNING OTHERS TO BEWARE AS THESE PROPERTIES ARE A DISGUSTING AND MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT UPKEEP OR TENANTS THEY RENT TO ANYONE AND DONT UPKEEP PROPERTY

Fast rental process and good communication entire way through the application and actual rental process itself. Very helpful employees. Quick to act on any maintenance issues. I have had terrible problems in past at other rental management companies and I am relieved this company is different. They have been great so far, highly recommend!
