Not only was the online ordering process incredibly easy and straightforward, but the customer service from beginning to end was absolutely top-tier. From the very first phone call to confirm my order, the staff were beyond amazing — knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and always willing to help or assist with any questions. You truly feel taken care of every step of the way. Customer service here is 💯. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Marc, the delivery professional who came by. He arrived right on time, was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond by showing me exactly how to set up the stage. Cody Party was a reasonably priced option for our summer wedding rentals. The delivery person was efficient and went the extra mile to drop off the tables and chairs where we needed them. Pick-up went off without a hitch, as well. All of the tables and chairs we rented were in great shape. Overall, we are happy with our experience with Cody Party.

I was hosting a Corn Boil for over 150 people and I simply told Cody Rentals what I was doing and they set me up with everything I needed. No suprises or overselling. It was such a relief to have that support. Oretta from the office was beyond amazing helping me pull everything together. Marc who delivered and picked up the equipment was top notch. Super nice people and worth every penny.
Cody Party is a wonderful rental company. I’m really happy I found them. Their deliveries are always on time, and the team is very helpful. If you need assistance moving items to the right place at your event, they will gladly do it without any problem.! We used Cody Party Rentals for our wedding and the service was phenomenal! They were helpful and flexible, allowing us to retrieve the rentals ourselves, then use their pick up service for the return, avoiding holiday/weekend fees. They even subcontracted a red carpet from a sister company for us, since they didn't have one in their inventory. We would absolutely recommend this company!
