Mitch is an outstanding coach. He is a wellspring of information. The training is top-notch the equipment and the space are well-maintained. And for the price you can't beat the wealth of information and you can come train an unlimited amount. Speaking from personal experience having trained in various gyms and dojos over the years. I have never seen a business model like they have instituted before. You are getting far more than what you pay for at combat cardio. You owe it to yourself to give them a try.
Before joining Combat Cardio KC, I was stuck in a fitness rut and struggling to see real results. The biggest barrier for me was finding a workout that fit my busy schedule and didn't feel boring. Combat Cardio KC changed everything. The 'no class times' structure is a game-changer. I can show up whenever I have a window and immediately get into a high-energy, trainer-led workout. And the workouts are never the same, so it's impossible to get bored. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They know exactly how to push you safely and effectively. Their guidance has been key to my success, and I'm proud to say I've lost 30 pounds between the workouts and nutritional guidance that they have provided! The excellent atmosphere makes it a place I genuinely look forward to visiting.
Can't say enough good things about Combat Cardio! I started back in April after a scheduling a free workout with Mitch. I never did any sort of combat sports before joining, but knew I needed to get back into the gym and build a routine. Mitch and Michael are great trainers and really know how to guide you step-by-step while learning the routines. Not only the workout routine, but they will help you build a diet routine as well. The convenience of Combat Cardio is what made this gym the best fit for me. It takes roughly 40 minutes from start to finish. This makes it a great option for folks with busy schedules. However, if you want to stay a little longer to you are always more than welcome. Mitch and Michael will even write you up a couple rounds of focused lifting if that is what you are looking for. Since I joined Combat Cardio back in April, I have lost 30 pounds and my resting/walking heart rate has dropped 10-15 bpm! I feel much better overall and I owe it all to Mitch and Michael at Combat Cardio! I highly recommend scheduling a free workout at the very least and giving it a try. It could be a life changing decision!
Came looking to lose some weight and found a community. The trial session with Tee was life changing. Going into it I was nervous about having zero boxing experience. Tee quickly picked up on that and asked me my favorite song to get me to loosen up. She proceeded to teach me how to throw all the punches needed to finish a workout. I’m sure they were all terrible but she motivated me to keep going and made sure I was having fun. Before I knew it I was covered in sweat and just had the most fun workout ever. Signed up immediately! Couldn’t believe I could get a solid workout in so little time. I later got the opportunity to workout with Mitch and Michael, while all having different training styles the workouts remained fun and challenging. Mitch will have you motivated enough to run through a wall. Michael will have you believe you could actually get into a ring and go a round with a pro fighter. I’m now down 20lbs and counting. My mental on weight loss has changed and something we promote around the gym is to “Live your Truth” which to me means to be conscious about your actions but allow yourself to make mistakes. I’ve lost 10 pounds in one month!! This gym has allowed me to keep weight off for the first time since college. I’ve enjoyed learning a lot about boxing as well as health & nutrition. Mitchell, Michael, and the members are super friendly and helpful!
