I always do my duediligence before making a major purchase, and a roof is a major purchase. I had already had lined up a company to do a layover new roof, when I decided to get one more estimate. Seth Culbertson from Commonwealth Roofing showed up on my doorstep and said Mr. Shea, let me see what I can do for you. Not only did he beat the competitor by several thousand dollars, but it included a tearoff of my old roof. I was able to get a superion dimensional shingle and was still able to save big time money. Seth Culbertson was kind and polite. Absolutely zero sales pressure. In a world where customer service is all but gone, it was nice to see a company that still supplies it. Your not going to go wrong with Commonwealth roofing.
Colin Masters is a wonderful, honest, fair and patient roofing consultant. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. A.J., the job manager, and his crew did a GREAT job! His crew worked extremely hard and it was done during the extreme heat wave we had. The clean-up after the job was finished was fast and timely. They were very quick with their follow-up to make sure that we were satisfied and if anything was needed. I highly recommend using Commonwealth Roofing!
