Louisville Roofing was the only company I received a quote that was willing to address an urgent leaks we were experiencing and move us up on their scheduled jobs. They were nothing less than professional regarding the installation of our roof taking pride making sure the job was completed correctly. Unfortunately, the leak continued. Upon their return, it was discovered that the cause of the leak was due to a problem above the roof line. Rather than stating the leak was not covered by them, Louisville roofing was committed to making sure our home was dry. They not only addressed the cause of the leak, but repaired and replaced wet drywall on the ceiling on the inside of our home. Our leaking roof was a major pain. I am so thankful for the commitment of Louisville Roofing Company and our decision to hire them, as I believe that the problem would still persist without their commitment to customer satisfaction.
We interviewed multiple roofing companies to replace our aging roof and skylights. We selected Louisville Roofing as they had the best product and pricing. We have now completed our replacement and must say it looks great and we feel much more secure with our new roof. There were some glitches, but true to their word they corrected anything that was not perfect. They inspect the roof multiple times during replacement to insure things are properly done. They do what they say and say what they mean. That means a lot to me knowing I can call Eddie, our salesman and he is prompt about returning calls and fixing or answering any questions we had. I whole heartedly and unreservedly recommend Louisville Roofing and Eddie if you are looking to replace your roof. I also got a nice discount from my insurance company with the new roof. Great, professional, and quick work!! Called Louisville Roofing for a leak after a big rain. They found the source of the leak that other roofers were unable to find. Did a quick repair during the estimate so didn't even have to make a follow up appointment!! Very responsive and great to work with!
