I took my Lenovo laptop in as it kept failing. I am not very good with computers but Puyan was patient and explained the issue in an accessible manner. He took care of it, fixed it, and restored everything back for me with the anti-virus programme and all, making sure that I can use it safely. He was very nice and conscientious. He also gave me a big discount considering all the extra services he provided. I am very glad to know that I have a reliable computer specialist near me.
