Brought my laptop in for emergency repairs and was told it would be dealt with later in the day. Didn't hear back from them by 10am the next day, so I called and nobody answered so I left a message. After another hour I called again with the same results so I drove there to see what the story was. I was told in a unpleasant fashion that they didn't were too busy to look at it and were also too busy to even call me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I brought my desktop computer to Computer SOS (Cleveland Drive) in December 2023 thinking they would tell me it was a lost cause. Technician Scott worked his magic, and it is now working as good as new. I would highly recommend!

Scott helped me repair my old computer at a reasonable price. Great place, great service, and save you money. Not like the larger store who don't care about the customer, just the bottom dollar.

The employees are professional and clearly know what they're doing, so they are worth the price. I recently had a device fixed, and it feels as goo as new! There was one employee who made us rather uncomfortable, like we were a nuisance, but for the most part, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Definitely intend to return here if I have any other devices in need of fixing in the future
