My 12lb doodle needed a bath and brush and Geri did everything perfectly and just like I requested and I can’t wait to come back for a full groom!! Thank you!! Also their prices are super reasonable and fair and you get great quality service for a great price! I’ll be back!!
Today12/19/2025 I had a mobile appointment for my two dogs at my house. I was at an appointment this morning and left early to be home for the appointment. When I got home I had a text canceling my appointment and they rescheduled it for the 23rd which we will not even be home. This is not acceptable. I called for the manager to call me and after 3 1/2 hours and no call I called again. Again I was promised a call back from the manager and when he finally called back he said he fired the groomer this morning and he would try and get my two dogs an appointment. His phone had so much static I could hardly understand him. He dropped the call twice before texting me I would have to bring only one dog in on Monday the 22nd to be groomed at a location 30 minutes from my home. This is beyond ridiculous and this is not the first time this company has cancelled my dogs appointment, this is the third time. I would never recommend this company to anyone! They don’t deserve any stars!!!!
My entire experience with Cookies N Clean - from the time I initially called until my dog was groomed - has been amazing! This place and Sage came highly recommended and I definitely see why. Sage was so kind and caring and really took time to understand what I was wanting and my concerns. Prior to coming to Cookies N Clean we had some really bad experiences with groomers so I was really nervous. But everyone was so warm and welcoming and the atmosphere here is really inviting! Sage did an amazing job with my girl- we will def be back!
Sage made my dog look great! My dog is normally nervous at the groomer but she came out happy and relaxed. Everyone is very friendly and I will be returning for future visits.
