I went to this restaurant yesterday afternoon with family we all had burgers and I had a cucumber mint lemonade. The burgers we very flavorful and juicy however the lemonade taste more like cucumber than mint and was a little sour. But overall my experience was awesome
Reign helped us and was so knowledgeable and kind. He definitely made the trip worth it and my hair now looks amazing! Shout out Reign!!!!

It's frustrating because, as a professional, I rely on accurate information when choosing products. A little more training and engagement from the staff would go a long way. Another downside is the organization and cleanliness of the store. On multiple visits, I've noticed that some shelves are disorganized, and products are misplaced or out of stock for long periods. It gives the impression that upkeep isn't a priority, which is disappointing for a store catering to professionals. Additionally, the checkout process can sometimes feel chaotic, with long lines and slow service, especially during peak times. Overall, Cosmoprof is a convenient option for beauty professionals, but it could definitely improve in terms of customer experience and store maintenance. I'll continue shopping here because of the product range and professional discounts, but I'd love to see some changes to make it a more pleasant and efficient shopping experience.
I’m giving a 3-star because this store has the things I need, but the staff never pays attention to the delivery order receipt. I order from this place because it is the closest location. This morning I placed an order for permanent color AND toner and they gave me ALL permanent color. This has happened way too many times. Delivery orders are not cheap, and I have to use them because I don’t have a means of driving myself to the location. I wish your staff would pay attention to the order because this is stuff I needed for TODAY, which is why I place a same-day delivery. Please have your staff pay close attention. This is extremely frustrating.
Supposed to open at 8 am and no one is here. Multiple people are walking up and realizing the door is closed.
