Big place and good service
My fur babies were so clean and smelled good. They waited for me to pick up my dogs from errands. The staff were so nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
Great service upon requesting OTC cat vitamins - recommended healthy snacks and products- which worked! Vet services available upon request. Lower prices than other pet stores. Thank you! My cat is eating and has so much energy! I recommend PetSmart for all pet needs.
Before PetSmart Grooming vs After I would never in a million years recommend getting your dog groomed here. I have an Australian shepherd with long thick hair. I took him in to get a trim and thorough brush due to his undercoat shedding a lot. When I first got there, the groomer and I went over what I wanted, and TOGETHER her and I pointed out tiny mats I wanted brushed out, which were 2 tiny ones on the back of his ears and a small one on his chest area where the collar rubs the fur. Mind you I drop him off at 1230 pm, she proceeds to call me at 4pm and says “actually he has mats all over I’m going to need to shave him”. Mind you, her and I literally pet/felt him before the appointment and she doesn’t mention him “having mats” because he didn’t. And when I go to pick him up he’s completely bald, with the worst hair cut I have ever seen in the 6 years of taking him to get groomed. In no universe, unless absolutely necessary, should you EVER shave an Australian Shepherds coat due to the issues it can cause. My dog is my literal child, who I brush out regularly, and to have a groomer not only shave my dog completely and potentially ruin his coat, but to also insinuate that I would ever let my dog get matted is absolutely insane. My guess is, she had no idea what she was doing, and ultimately this is the result. In the photos : Picture of my “super mated Australian Shepherd” taken last week vs him today.
Always amazing deals and the staff is wonderful. They take the time to make sure you get as much money off as possible. Their app offers incredible rewards and the staff is sure to take the time to show you how to utilize them.
