Alex was efficient and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the many problems with our washing machine and did a great job explaining to me what they were. I also appreciate his honesty that it would probably cost more to repair than to buy a new one. He answered all my questions and gave some recommendations for what to do in the meantime. We will definitely call him the next time we need a repair!
