The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. It was truly the most magical food I’ve had in Austin (and I’ve lived here my entire life). The dishes were so fresh, delicious, and creative. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed how the dining experience was laid back and the chefs were chatting and joking with us while still providing an elevated experience. Definitely one of a kind , and I hope we can return next year!
Craft Omakase is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Hands down, my all time favorite dining experience. We recently celebrated our 10 yr wedding anniversary here and immediately decided it should be our new annual tradition. The food quality & attentive service here are far above any nearby competitors (believe me, we tried multiple within the same week to compare them all!). Highly recommend booking here ASAP before spots run out, you will not regret it!!
craft was one of the best omakase experiences i’ve ever had! all the staff were so welcoming and you can tell they all truly love what they do. it was so much fun talking to the head chef Charlie while he was working his magic right in front of us. the team is also super accommodating to most diets (we asked for a halal, no-gelatin & no alcohol diet and it was super easy for them to tailor the menu for us). I will 100% be back, and I really look forward to it!
We had an amazing experience celebrating my husband’s birthday at Craft Omakase! From start to finish, everything was top notch. Charlie, Johnny, and the entire team showcased incredible skill and attention to detail throughout the omakase. Every dish was a work of art. Juliana also deserves a special mention! She nailed the drink recommendations for both of us and went above and beyond by creating personalized menus for each couple to take home, which was a really thoughtful and memorable touch. Highly recommend!
An amazing culinary experience that will blow you away! Who knew so much attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and art could go into food. This is a place you go when you want an extraordinary experience and your taste buds tantalized. The chefs are incredible, the bartenders, the team in the kitchen..They all make coming in here worth it and want to come back again.
