I have nothing but praise for the Creative IT team. They’ve done a truly fantastic job and it’s thanks to them that my laptop is as good as new! When my Asus Zenbook Duo’s screen started acting up, I was worried that I’d have to ship my laptop away for weeks to get it repaired – not possible, given my schedule and circumstances. I didn’t get much support from my existing laptop warranty provider which prompted me to start calling up places around London. Only Creative IT were able to give me a straightforward, honest quote - without them inflating prices beyond what was actually required. When I arrived at the site the staff provided a quick, efficient and friendly service that exceeded my expectations. I only needed to leave my laptop with them for one night before they were able to resolve the issue – and provide me with tips to make sure it doesn’t happen again! I was thoroughly pleased by their service and I will be coming to CreativeIT should I have any further issues in the future. Thanks to everyone who helped fix my laptop!

I was pleasantly surprised today. I arrived well past 4:00 PM to have replacement keyboard, main battery, and CMOS battery on my ThinkPad. I went in with the intention of leaving the computer behind and coming to collect in a few days, when ready. Imagine my surprise when Sam told me I could take a seat while his team completed the work. Well, in less that two hours, I had a renewed computer in my hands. Thank you! I can wholeheartedly recommend this service centre.

Had a recent liquid spill on my DELL laptop, and the team fixed, and turned around the laptop in less than a day! They were even nice enough to replace the keyboard free of charge, and give me a backroom tour of the old hardware (as I am a fellow techie). Highly recommended!

Experienced a liquid spill on my Mac Studio M2 and it immediately switched off. I went back and fourth with Apple for a week where I was offered ridiculous prices for a possible fix but they said no data would be recovered. Tried a Mac specialist in north London who were unable to get it to turn on. So I googled “best Mac repairs in London and came across Creative IT. After reading reviews they sounded promising so I called and spoke with the owner Stephen. He was kind and knowledgeable and after couple more days consideration I took it in on the following Monday where I met Sam the manager. Like Stephen he was also very knowledgeable and kind and also possessed this incredible ability to make you feel calm and easy, something very valuable for this line of work! I waited around while one of the engineers (Roman) went straight to work on my machine. It was a long wait, 5 hours or so. Sam was constantly coming over to check if I needed anything. I was so nervous as I had a load of work that I had been paid for but hadn’t delivered and with no back up! I was in for a loss of around £7000. Finally Sam came over and told me that my Mac was on!! He took me in to check it and everything was working and all data was intact. These guys saved me and did so in the most pleasant and professional manner I can’t express how much. I’ve never been too savvy when it comes to tech and so was always nervous where to take my Mac for repair but I have found my guys and I will never look back. If you need a repair on your machine don’t waste time and take it straight to Creative IT. Don’t bother with Apple as they charge an arm and a leg with no personal touch whatsoever and don’t take it to a place that charges £60 (remember, you get what you pay for) If you’re serious about your business take it to these guys! Peace of mind, professionalism, above and beyond approach and last but not least everyone there is so lovely kind and helpful. And if your stressing, Sam will no doubt bring you calm with his magic! Excellent service indeed!!!! Big thanks to Roman, what a legend.

Had a great experience with Creative IT when I needed my laptop screen repaired. Sam was super friendly and helpful. He and the team explained what they needed to do and ordered the parts in straight away. Laptop screen is now perfect and saved me a lot of money without having to go through HP directly. Would certainly recommend Creative IT for any IT issues and you can be confident you will be getting the best advice and service at the best price.
