I am a new dog owner and the staff have helped me so much. My puppy goes about once a week and is excited to see the staff when we check in. They let me know how Lainey’s day went. I feel that she is very safe there and having lots of fun. Thanks everyone at Creekside for being so kind to my puppy and I. Having a dog has been a huge adjustment in my life and I appreciate the help and expertise..

It was my first time boarding my dogs Pancho and Kuma at their facility and I’m happy with the experience. It’s not my dogs’ first time boarding at a facility but they are still anxious around other dogs. They reported that they were showing some nervous behaviours but that they still got lots of play time with each other and the employees. We requested for an exit bath and my pups were fresh and clean when we picked them up. Thank you so much for being patient with my pups! Will definitely take them here again!

Staff was super helpful in answering my questions as this was our first experience with boarding our dog. Staff kept me updated throughout the time our dog was in their care. Would definitely use their services again.

We boarded our dog at Creekside Pet Boarding & Daycare for a few nights, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We were told that we’d only be contacted if something was wrong or if she was injured. So, you can imagine our shock when we picked her up and she could not walk on her front left paw. What’s worse—when I reached out to express my concern and disappointment, I received no reply or follow-up. I also mentioned how upsetting it was that we received no photos or updates over the weekend to show how she was doing. It honestly feels like they didn’t care at all. I fully understand the risks involved in boarding a pet, but basic communication is not too much to ask. A simple text to let us know something had happened would have made all the difference. Instead, we were left to discover her injury ourselves. I cannot recommend Creekside, and I sincerely hope they take this feedback to heart and do better for future pets and their owners.

I have only had positive experiences with Creekside. I first brought my dogs there because, although they don't go to daycare normally, I needed somewhere for them to go when I was on vacations, and unfortunately one of my senior dogs did not enjoy the company of strange dogs in his grumpy old age. I struggled finding somewhere they could have access to outside without having to socialize, but Creekside has their larger kennel with a 'private patio' so my boys could still keep eachother company without being stuck exclusively inside or cramped in a tiny pen. Now my grumpy old man has sadly passed, but I still try to reserve the larger area for my remaining boys so they have more room together. I especially appreciate the dog wash - so after a muddy and dirty stay I can give them a wash before putting their stinky butts in the car! Thank you Creekside for taking care of my boys the last few years, even if it's only been for a week or so each year. Over the past couple years I've lost two seniors to old age, but I was never worried about leaving them behind with you.
