So disappointed. I’ve used this place multiple times in the past and was very satisfied. This delivery was terrible, the flowers they used were not fresh, some of the flowers were Not bright white like they normally would be, more off white. The greenery they used had holes in them. Just a terrible job which was so embarrassing.
Dallas House of Flowers truly went above and beyond to deliver a short-notice sympathy order. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Truly unmatched in product and customer service.
