Great place for kids! 3 months in and our son is more confident and disciplined. Coaches have immense experience and patience when dealing with kids. 100% recommended. There is ample space and more than enough bags for everyone.
This place is Amazing. My two sons and nephews are registered and have been going there for a while. The improvement that I have seen is truly remarkable. They have grown so much and their self confidence has increased. The masters there are honestly the best that you will find in Calgary. They have so much experience and knowledge and the way they pass this on to the kids is remarkable. It is a family atmosphere and they treat each kid as their own. I’m so impressed with the way they run the gym and their programs. Thank you for everything
I’ve been going to their first location since 2016 and trained for years. I did kickboxing, Sanda and point-sparring. Each one was as fun as the last and taught me different skills I didn’t even know I needed. I went from being fat and scared of everything to having great confidence and strength. Unfortunately, I’m full time in university so I stopped going there but my two younger brothers still go. One of them is 9 and the other is 15. They offer a wide range in classes they teach and age groups(even adult classes). The instructors are really good and before I left, they introduced jujitsu and got a new instructor for those specialized skills. Highly recommend you come watch a class and send your kids here.
