Very disappointed...got game cards for kids totaling $150, sit down to order some food...what could've fed all 7 of us were the shareable, specifically the 5:15 & the bar burgers and wings platter. But because they are out of pretzel dogs for the 5:15 shareable and out of bar burgers for the other platter...we weren't able to order either of them due to the item not being in inventory in their system. So had no choice but to order (single items and most of what was on the shareables) other items that now cost approx $83 vs the $54 it could've been! What a joke!
It was hard from the start coming inside, it was a long line while two other coworkers stood at the register pointing to the other register for us to go. Then trying to find a seat the was clean and was occupied. All the booths was dirty with plates and cups and the floor under the tables was very dirty also. Then the food took 55mins to come out. And then it took another 45mins for the waitress to come back and check on us. I understand this is a fun place for the kids but don't kill me for the price for food when it take forever and not even good at that.
We celebrated my granddaughter's birthday this past friday. The staff was wonderful. A couple of the machines dictate my grandson's coins. Go to his called without him. Playing in the game. And I couldn't find person On The Floor to Take Care of it until we were on a way out LOL. The food was good. The french fries were the bomb and I was very impressed with the way it was served. It was on platters and I thought that was really unique. If you do plan an event there, maybe plan your schedule to eat and have cake before going to play games as your time at the table is short.
All of the food was fresh and delicious. We have the unlimited gold summer pass and it comes with a 30% off food perk. It was nice to eat and then the kids played before and after dinner.
I had such an amazing time! The manager, Chris, even came over to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asked if he could get us anything else. I was super impressed especially since they were busy. I also played the games and found the children and young adults very polite and respectful. Everyone seemed to be having a blast! Will for sure go back, oh and get the ribeye!!
