Our family called for guidance earlier this year with a tax question regarding our son who has disabilities. The CPA we interacted with was not transparent about pricing for services - which included a phone call around 30 minutes long and a follow up email answering our question. Afterward, we received a large surprise bill that was difficult for our family to pay. I recommend searching elsewhere for help.
