It was a pleasure having my car repaired at Davis’. They kept me apprised of the progress every step of the way and completed the work ahead of the projected timeline. The entire staff were kind and knowledgeable. I will absolutely recommend this business to others.
I experienced a "reversing incident" which caused a bit of rear end damage to my truck. Worked through the insurance co. and picked Davis since they were close. They did some outstanding minor body work and painting! My truck is getting a little faded and they matched that just right. And they communicate with you a lot. I NEVER had to wonder what was going on because David Koonce had my back from day one. Let me tell a quick 'above and beyond' story: They were moving the truck in for a final buff and it flat-out died in the parking lot. Cranked but no start. "What the...?" I thought. They pulled error codes, swapped out a fuel pump fuse, and finished the buffing. David pulled a weird little TSB from Ford, printed it out. and attached the blown fuse. NO CHARGE. That, my fellow Googlites, is customer service!
New bumper put on, paint to blend with driver side door. Other detailed pieces put on. Very happy with the work done. The communication from chris was excellent! The lady at deck very helpful and knowledgeable.. thanks Davis Center
Great job on my car. Just had to get a taillight fixed and a few dints out my car and new paint. They even cleaned inside of my car which I’m grateful for because I am a mom and that was very much needed!!
I would give them 10 Stars! They did a great job, from the front desk to the repair shop. They even got done 11 days before expected! They will be the only company I use. But hopefully we will not need them again. But if I need them I know they will do a awesome job!! Looks like nothing ever happened.
