I went to them for hail damage repair. They were great from start to finish. Worked with my insurance. Explained the process and approximate time it would take. They actually finished quicker than expected and my car looked amazing inside and out! Definitely will use again if needed. I highly recommend this business!
I was devastated when I had my accident and when my car finally made to Davis Paint & Collision-Portland, they took care of EVERYTHING! I was updated numerous times on the cost and progress of the repairs. If I had questions they were more than happy to answer them with patience. They took care of everything with the insurance too. Curtis, you rock. When I contacted them about the alerts coming from car app on my phone they laughed and said thanks for the information and this is normal. I could not have asked for better care and repairs on my nearly totaled vehicle. Nit to mention it was ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be. Highly recommend them.
The customer service here is incredible! They could have totally ruined my car (they didn’t) and I wouldn’t have cared because of how nice every person was that I encountered. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were incredibly professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless. The work they did was perfect! Will absolutely drive the hour to go back next time it’s needed.
Super pleased with Davis Paint and Body! I’ve had a handful of cars get worked on over the years at other shops in town (not Davis) and it’s usually a bad experience. In the past we experienced no communication, seems like the car would sit on the lot with no work for weeks. We’d never know what was going on or when it would be done. This time was totally different. Davis Paint and Body was excellent at communicating before and all the way to completion. They wouldn't take the car until they were ready to work on it. They helped organize with Enterprise rental who came and dropped the rental off at the shop seamlessly. Davis only had the car for a week and they finished several days ahead of time. And the work turned out like new, just as we expected. Wow what a refreshing experience. Thank you Davis Paint and Body!
This is the second time that I have used Davis auto body and paint shop. They absolutely do beautiful work both times I was very pleased. They’re very thorough customer services. The best couldn’t ask for better people to work with. I am attaching before and after photos
