What a lovely store, filled with beautiful furniture and art. I was able to find a unique piece for my table. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory. It was an enjoyable visit.
Al and the team at decorum are the furniture experts! Al is extremely kind and patient and answered all of our questions. He made sure we got the chairs that we wanted while also making sure to order more of them for us in the way that worked best for us. Top-shelf service from start to finish. Each time we visited the showroom, we were warmly welcomed by our sales associate, Walter—truly a rare example of exceptional hospitality. He was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being overbearing. He took the time to understand our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate them. As we are in the process of building a new home, Walter was incredibly flexible, coordinating delayed delivery of our purchases and even extending white-glove delivery to our storage unit. That level of service is both impressive and appreciated. Thank you for the outstanding experience. It’s easy to see why Decorum Furniture has been in business since the mid-1970s. With an entire home still to furnish, we fully expect to be returning customers.
Decorum has quite a bit of the type of furniture I was looking for. I went back the day after my first visit and found something I liked. CHRIS was very helpful in getting me to see how the furniture would fit in my condo after I showed him the space that I had available.
Decorum has been our go to for beautiful furniture and accessories for over 25 years. 100% thrilled every time. Al and the entire sales team are the best! Brian and Jacob’s perfect delivery and expertise during set up was the bow on top! Thanks again Decorum for the great results!
