I stumbled upon this quaint little place, not knowing I was being led there by the spirit of an old metal owl, I walked in and a lovely young lady and her husband were such delights sprinkles of sunshine. Go, experience this darling of a business you will find treasures that are looking for you. P.S. thanks you for his friend, I will treasure my time with them😊
Lovely shop, lovely service and the sweetest pup to greet you! My sister and I enjoyed our visit here while we were in town and found some really unique little gifts. They have lots of cool antiques as well as pieces by local artists. Perfect place to shop in Norfolk.
I love this place!! The most interesting shop with antiques, unique items, variety, and some vinyl records which is a personal favorite. Highly recommend. I know I will be back many times!
I’ve been to fanciful fig every single month since I’ve moved here and they always have something different and beautiful! They have a great records section as well as always having local vendors and homemade goodies. By far my favorite thrift/antique store in Norfolk. The staff is willing to help and always gives the best deal.
The Fanciful Fig is a great shop with a lot of great antique and decorative items. The owners did a great job making this place easy to navigate as well. We would have driven away with multiple items if we weren't already in a loaded vehicle heading back to NC. Both of the owners were a blast to talk to and were very friendly. This place is definitely aiming for a more trendy atmosphere and will be doing some great things as time goes on. Good luck with your endeavors, and we hope to visit again in the future.
