Great service and fairly priced. Went in on the off chance that a repair was possible on a part that would be difficult to source on an old car. Dan and the team found a solution and exceeded expectations.

I had window tinting, paint correction, and two coats of ceramic, and the car looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. I am delighted with the job and care from the team at Dent Revolution. I can’t recommend them enough!
Took my ute with a fairly banged up tailgate into Dent Revolution for a repair quote. Tim had a look, took a few photos, he informed me that due to the severity of one of the dents, the repair may not be perfect and mentioned possible “oil canning” he then emailed me later the same day with a quote. I thought it was expensive enough to justify getting a couple more quotes however the 2 other shops I spoke to told me it could not be done. I sat and pondered on it for a few days then got another email from Dent Revolution with a 10% discount offer. I called to book the car in and mentioned the discount offer. Tim fairly sheepishly informed me that I’d received the discount offer in error as this was only supposed to be for existing customers i.e. for their next visit, however was good enough to honour and give me 10% off the quoted price. I dropped my ute off on the day I had booked and returned to collect it the following afternoon as planned. I was absolutely astounded by the quality of the repair, the tailgate is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Dent Revolution to anyone looking to bring some pride back to their ride. I couldn’t be happier with the repair or the service.
They did a good job fixing a scraped front fender, good quality work. However, although having my car for two full days, the all round brush touch-ups and spot polishing (clearly listed on my job invoice) was not done til I arrived to collect my car. Disappointing that this was then hastily done - as a “quick-fix” in the exit driveway - as the tech claimed my job did not include this, and I will need to book a cut & polish at another $1500!! :( I did not expect any of the work on my car to be done as an afterthought. That was definitely disappointing to experience after booking an inspection in person a week ahead, and clearly discussing my expectations, budget and checking that my quote did cover all the work I wanted done, I trusted them as the experts to then provide appropriate advice & attention to my job. I’d still recommend their service — but be very cautious that you get what you pay for, and not be pushed into spending even more money! EDIT: have updated my rating based on the great followup and resolution I got from the management team. They showed great accountability, acknowledging that it wasn’t their best efforts, and then went above & beyond to rectify the work done.
