Deborah from Glasgow store was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience of choosing our engagement rings truly special. She took the time to understand us and what we were looking for, and her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made us feel completely at ease. My partner and I had the best experience with Diamond Heaven. We went in together to look for an engagement ring and were so well looked after. D’Arcy was amazing with us and helped us pick the most perfect ring. She took so much time going over things with us and let me try on so many options! She also gave us a brilliant discount compared to online so thank you! Would definitely recommend visiting this store - you won’t regret it :)
My partner and I recently visited the Glasgow store to choose an engagement ring. We had a rough idea of what we were looking for and Deborah who helped us through the full process was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and attentive and you could tell she was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect ring. What really stood out was how intuitive she was, she could tell whether I liked the ring or not without me even having to say anything. When we went back to collect the finished ring she seemed genuinely happy for us which made the whole experience even more special. We are absolutely delighted with the ring and can't thank Deborah and the team for their outstanding service. Would highly recommend.

Started with a whats app conversation with the store on Monday morning, service was great messages answered quickly I was looking a necklace for my nieces wedding and they had it ready for me to pick up at 3pm same day! Even offered to post it out when I got stuck in traffic and was worried I wouldnt make it before closing! Can not recommend enough very impressed and I have one very happy niece with her surprise something new gift! 100% will return to Diamond Heaven in Glasgow!
I booked an appointment at Diamond Heaven Glasgow, and the experience was fantastic! The staff were so knowledgeable , they went through everything about diamonds with us, and we had plenty of time to try everything on. I bought my mum a diamond bracelet, and the quality is amazing. The team were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel really special. I highly recommend them!
