The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in. The store itself was very welcoming and beautifully laid out. We were visiting Liverpool for the day when I saw THE ring I have been searching for in Diamond Heaven (as a 25th wedding anniversary gift). Sally looked after us beautifully from the minute she presented us with the ring ( which fitted me perfectly), and was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and generally fabulous! Other staff were also pleasant and joined in our conversations occasionally, making the whole process a delight. Following our purchase, we were advised where we can go in the future to have the ring cleaned, and an email receipt arrived within minutes.
