Upon discovering a mistake was made with my order I contacted Say It With Diamonds regarding my order Within a couple of hours I had gotten a reply from a member of their customer support team (Millie) and apologised for the error My amended order was promptly dispatched and I received it a couple of days later which my partner loved. I have bought numerous earrings necklaces and rings from Say It With Diamonds and been very happy with the quality and service they provide I would highly recommend Say It With Diamond to family and friends and would also like to thank Millie for resolving my issue.
Bought my friend a bracelet for her birthday it snapped after 6 months? So raised the issue via WhatsApp 10 December told by Olivia that a replacement would be sent? This was nearly 6 weeks ago now after god knows how many emails I’m still being fobbed off? They are now saying that it was sent and sent me a tracking number which turned out to be a pair of earrings I ordered for my daughter for Christmas 🤦🏽♀️ so still no further on! Why say a replacement will be sent when you clearly have no interest?? I’ve used this site loads as well and never had a problem before? This needs sorting asap!
Ordered the advent calendar and matching gift bag. Ordering process was extremely simple and it was securely delivered within 2 days with regular updates. Not had a look at the contents because the box was all nicely tied up with a bow but I'm sure it will impress on Christmas day!
This is how my order of over £100 arrived. Customer service refuses to take any responsibility for this even after pointing out that there was no packaging inside to stop these 6 items moving around in transit and only sealed on one side so not that secure. Thankfully all intact but still want to charge me a return fee even though one item is too large with no sizes in website and under these circumstances, just a standard verbated response. If I still didn’t have £55 in vouchers left I wouldn’t shop here again.
