I have been taking my Australian Shepherd here for a few years now. Chelsea and the whole team always do such a fabulous job! He is high anxiety so I usually tend to worry about him going places especially without me there but they have always been so amazing with him that I don’t even worry. He always looks great when he’s finished his grooming. Chelsea and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for pet grooming!!

i always brought our dogs to Ally for a nail trim. Unfortunately, Ally did not return after she had her baby. Ally was the best. I then was taking them to Allison and I tipped very well, every month. When we took our youngest to get spayed just after she was 1 year, the Vet called to let us know that her dew claws were turning back towards her skin. We were totally stunned that he advised us of this as I always asked if they had been trimmed. I called and left a message and of course no return phone call. So for over a year what I expected was being done, was not. Very disappointed and will not return.

Diamond in the ruff has been such an amazing find for us! All of the staff are so friendly and sweet and they always do such an amazing job grooming our golden retriever Dexter! We have recently moved to Beamsville but we will always make sure to take the trip out because it is well worth it!
