Fantastic people working here - brought my Samsung A71 in awhile back with an issue with the charging port as well as one of the internal cables between the battery and port. Within ~2-3 days they'd found the issue, found which parts had failed, and had the parts delivered and installed (which wowed me since this was during the Canada Post disruption), all for the original quoted price (~$90) even though they had to replace one more part than they initially thought. Great turnaround, great price for the parts + labour, I'll be back next time I manage to break something (:

I had a really great experience here! They repaired my phone quickly and did an excellent job. The whole process was fast, smooth, and professional — I dropped my phone off thinking it would take a while, but they fixed it much faster than I expected. Not only did they fix the main issue perfectly, but they also helped me with a few other small problems I was having with my phone. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was working before I left. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. Overall, I’m very happy with their service. If you’re looking for a place that does quality repairs quickly and treats customers well, I highly recommend them!
