Wyatt was great. My low tire alert came on Friday morning due to the cold snap. Wyatt got me in right away and aired up all 4 tires as they were all 3 pounds under what they should be. It was very cold and started to snow. Thank you, Wyatt. You provided great customer service. Discount Tire on East Kellogg and Webb Rd.
I like the service and tires at Discount Tire. They have very competitive prices. They even price matched when I gave them a quote from a competitor. So far I've only bought two sets of tires from them, but I'll keep going back unless I find they are not performing well. I did not give them 5 stars simply because I've not been with them long enough to get a thorough evaluation.
Over the weekend, I was driving on Kellogg when I got a flat tire and stopped into Discount Tire since I had been to this location before and it was close by. The team here is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. I drive a Lincoln with an odd tire size, so they didn’t have a tire in stock that would work for me. Even during a busy day, they were kind enough to patch and air up my tire so I could safely make it to another location to get it replaced. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman at the front counter who helped me, but he was excellent and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this Discount Tire to anyone in the market!
Great staff and fast service! Got my new tire put on in under an hour with no cost, thanks to the road hazard warranty I bought with them.
Best Tire repair shop ever! Last year I bought a whole new set of tires and bought the certificate for them. I had a blow out last night on my way to a company Christmas party. I used state farms roadside assistance but the next morning I was in for a brand new FREE Tire!!! Speedy service every time and they take walk-ins!!! I literally called around 9:30am came in at 10am and they're almost done with my car!! I will come here everytime!!! They are all wonderful and give the best customer service!!!
