I’ve been using this groomer for a little while now. This time will be my last. Both of my dogs came home throwing up later that evening and super low energy. One of my dogs has been yelping everytime she’s being picked up with a hurt leg & hips. Which wasn’t happening before… Ridiculous! I don’t care how busy you are to have my dogs left in that condition. Really disappointed with the services this time & to whoever treated my pups like that. Do better!

Very displeased. I have used them for a long time and never had issues until today. Had Christmas pictures planned for my puppy. She has long beautiful hair that does get matted time to time but I get her groomed regularly. I went in and specifically told them what I wanted. Just a bath and cleaned up around the eyes and rear. No grooming I wanted her hair to stay the length it was for pictures. I pick her up and she is completely shaved. Just laziness. She told me she was matted then they should have called me since my instructions were very specific and I would have told them I can bring her back after pictures. Christmas pictures are ruined. Didn’t even get an apology. So incredibly disappointed not what I wanted.

I had previously posted a 5Star rating, the work they do is top notch......but...My wife and daughter both took their babies in. when they picked them up my wife paid with a card, my daughter paid cash. Shortly after we left, the Owner called and stated that one of us didn't pay. They assured her we did, but she kept implying that we were thieves. All of the sudden She then believed my wife after she told her who collected the money, no apology for the accusations was offered. Don't trust these people, make sure you get a receipt no matter how long you've been a customer. We will still go here because Melissa is such a good Groomer, but dealing with the owner, not so much.

Went to, different dog groomers at the last hour, none would take my babies to be groom, last resort went to DogGone Beautiful and they went out of their way to service me. They did an excellent job.

I’ve never left a review for anything, much less a bad review, but I just can’t believe I paid $97 for this. I dropped my dog off at 10 am and didn’t get him back until 3 pm (which I know is common for husky’s). After I got home I realized how bad his groom was and immediately took photos and called asking for at least a partial refund. All I got in response is that I was rushing them (I came in at 1:45 and was told he was waiting to get dried so I left), my dog “just has a lot of hair”, and basically that it’s my fault my dog looks bad. I’m extremely disappointed with the knots in my dogs hair, awful hair cut (the parts they actually did cut), and even the smell of my dog. Overall awful experience, definitely DONT bring your dog here.
