Brought my watch in to get the crystal replaced for $85 dollars. I got it back but now the compass crown grinds, gets stuck, and even the watch itself stops sometimes. The only thing wrong with it before was a broken crystal and it’s my favorite watch. Should have never brought it in

He replaced the crystal, but broke the stop watch function. I showed it to him and he said it was a coincidence. Wrong! I asked him how important reviews are. Then the light bulb went on and he said “get out of here”. Yeah that really happened. Incompetent and irresponsible. Notice in the photo the stop watch sweep hand does not return to 0. The stop watch minute timer no longer works and the lower right button sticks. It all worked perfectly before.
