I always enjoy my eye appts. with Dr. Amy Chi. She is so sweet. She is always very good at explaining any issues I have encountered. All the staff are very welcoming & professional.

Dr Chi is the best! She’s thorough, very knowledgeable, and very personable. Appointments are easy to make, and whenever I’ve needed to get in there quickly, the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. I highly recommend her!
I've been a customer of Dr. Slater's for many years and they've always been very helpful, but I want to call out an optician who went above and beyond in helping me get my order set up. Mark Aguilar was outstanding in every regard. Very personable, patient and welcoming, quickly establishing rapport and taking the time to get things right at every step of the way. Of course, like most repeat patients I wanted to get the same model frames with my new prescription, but alas, they are no longer available. Mark helped me pick out excellent new frames, educating me every step of the way on proper lens sizing and proper shape for my face and expected usage (lots of outdoor activity). After settling on the frames and sizes Mark walked me through the options on things like progressive and transition lenses, anti-scratch and glare coatings and extras like clip-on polarizing lenses. After making my selections Mark took his time to fill out the form with the myriad of details, and then took the time to make sure everything was on the order properly after deriving my cost after insurance. I highly recommend Slater's Optometry and, if you can get him, Mark Aguilar as your optician!
