This place is fantastic. Has excellent stock of really solid food, snacks and supplies for our pup (and of course cats and smaller pets). One of the best things are their wash stations. Soap from the nozzle, rinse cycle, hair dryer, towels provided. Keeps my tub at home clean. Their entire crew is friendly, professional and helpful. Special thank you to Brian for his patience and advice (for this first-time dog owner) last weekend. Oh - two more things. They do a buy three, get the fourth free on most (all?) of their products. And, it's 50 yards from Taco Bravo, a Campbell institution.
The staff here is always so helpful. You cannot beat the four for the price of three deal. I feed my dog raw food Tucker's brand and it can be very expensive so that one bag extra helps so much in keeping my dog healthy and happy. I believe the gentleman who works there his name is Greg he's a very nice man, and very helpful
Brought my shy pup here for a social and felt completely ignored. My shy dog got zero attention while other dogs got constant help. Felt profiled and unwelcome. Trainers gave no guidance for my timid dog but were attentive to others. The difference in treatment was clear. Very disappointing.
I called and asked what time the last wash time was, and the female employee told me 7:30. I arrived by 7:25 and she said there we no tubs available (two were closed off with a caution wet sign). So I shopped and purchased my dog a bone. As I am checking out, I notice the employee open one of the closed bathtubs up for a customer who literally walked in 2 second prior to me. I asked the employee why they opened one for that customer but not me and she said "the manager approved it, maybe because it's a small dog, faster wash time." Total discrimination. Mind you the store closed at 8 and I arrived before 7:30. Will be going to Steven's Creek location from now on. Much friendlier and they advised me that they don't turn away paying customers before 8pm.
I'll always get my dog's food here because of the buy-3-get-the-4th-free deal, which helps me afford the good stuff!. I go to the one on Bascom across from the Pruneyard. Employees are always super friendly and always have treats in their pockets :-) Great selection of food, treats, toys, and care products. There are dog wash stations but I don't know the cost. They offer dog training and have an enclosed area in the store for that. You can buy online and have your order waiting for you to pick up in store, even for refrigerated/frozen stuff.
