These mechanics and service department team were very professional and found the problem that the actual dealership (Lithia Dodge) did not find and had me pay for service that did NOT need. I recommend 10/10 for these guys. Excellent work on my 2021 Dodge Ram.
Worked with, Benji Cole, at the welcome desk. He was courteous and friendly; he gave an honest estimate (1-2 days) of how long it would take to get my truck in for a diagnostic to pin point a noise and odor of fuel. The next day, he sent an initial email complete with pics and videos pertaining to several issues and recommendations to fix. Also, pinned down the main issue of noise and odor to a bad fuel pump and hose ring seal; along with the estimate to fix it. Picked up my truck the next day-excellent! I am very pleased with the open communication keeping me in the loop on what was needed and done. The professional and friendly treatment along with their clean and tidy lobby has made TC Auto my go-to auto service for future repairs.
Had a great experience getting a tune-up and coolant change here! The staff was friendly, honest, and got everything done quickly. My car runs smoother, pricing was fair. Highly recommend this shop if you want quality work and zero hassle.
Showed up early before the shop opened and Rey greeted me and still helped me right away even though it was early. The guys there were able knock out my repair before I needed my truck back for work. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and cost was reasonable. Definitely going back for my auto needs in the future. Thanks for the quick turnaround and good work!
